Participants are requested to register on line. Registration is valid only when accompanied by confirmation of payment. We are also of charge of all accommodation arrangements. REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, lunches, breaks, and Friday excursion (please refer to "Excursion" page) plus dinner with entertainment. For accompanying persons, the fee includes drinks reception and Friday excursion plus dinner.

CONFERENCE HOTELS
The conference hotels are Hisar Hotel**** and Augusta Hotel**** (http://www.hotelhissar.com & http://www.augustaspa.com). The hotels are situated in Hissar.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation before October 1, 2008 will be possible with an e-mail request to info@conferencebg.com and 90% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations between October 1 and October 19, 2008, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After October 19, 2008 there will be no refund.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Transfer with comfortable buses from Sofia airport to Hissar and back is organized for all participants. The distance is around 160 km and will take about 2 hours.
Mallorca-KN Ltd representatives will meet each partisipant at the airport with banners "АЕА-EUROPE – CONFERENCE".
Please make sure that your arrival and departure times and flights are well known to Mallorca-KN Ltd. If any changes occur, please immediately contact Mallorca-KN Ltd on the above phone and e-mail.
